clean room and friendly staff
clean room friendly staff quality bacon
the room was clean comfortable and warm each time i stayed for work the staff in the bar and dining area were always very friendly and helpful i always felt comfortable and safe as a lone female the breakfast was very nice with quality bacon and sausage there was also a good cereal selection and fresh juice with plenty of strong coffee
the door to the room was tough and it did not close properly unless i closed it myself the bathroom was just a shower room so there was no space the curtains would not close properly and were coming off the hinges so the light kept me awake

the hotel has a car park this is a real bonus because many hotels just have street parking it is great to have a sea view from many areas of the hotel i appreciated the provided tea and coffee

the hotel is right on the seafront this provides a great location the hotel is also a short walk from the town centre access to the seafront is very easy and convenient for walks and views

the staff were really friendly and helpful at all times the barman adam gave over and above service he made me feel very welcome i found the family run aspect added a personal touch to the service

The location was excellent, right on the seafront. my room included ample tea and coffee. the bed was very comfortable. parking behind the building was free. This was a definite plus for me.
the room i was in felt a little small for the price i paid.

The staff members i encountered were friendly and happy to help with any questions. i could find someone at reception most of the time. the receptionist was friendly. They checked me in efficiently.

the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. i found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating . i was happy there was parking available, made travel easier. the room provided ample tea and coffee.
i noted that the rooms were not cleaned daily i received fresh towels though. i found this slightly inconvenient.

The hotel's location right on the seafront was acceptable.
The door to the room was difficult to close properly. The bathroom felt cramped, almost like a shower room with limited space. Curtains also failed to close completely, allowing light to disrupt my sleep.
