i was really happy with how close the hotel was to the arena. this made attending the event super easy. the staff were so cute. breakfast had a lot of options and the restaurant was spacious. it was a great way to start the day.
The room i had wasn't the best equipped. That was a letdown. plus, it reminded me of they tried to charge extra for everything, i noticed that. even using the fridge seemed restricted unless i bought something from the mini bar. this felt a bit much.

i received a complimentary room upgrade upon my arrival. My allocated room offered views of the wembley arena, i even heard the sound check. The room was clean and it provided all necessary amenities.
the process of reserving a taxi proved inconvenient. instead of a taxi, reception booked an uber.

the location was perfect for a wembley event. staff at check-in were really quick! the gym had good equipment and the skybar offered fantastic views. breakfast was great value!
