Mixed Feelings After Stay

The breakfast food was acceptable.
The changing rooms at the swimming area were not up to standard. The showers were dirty with black fluff on the floors. Products smelled cheap, like washing detergent and the containers were broken and messy! The bottles did not contain the correct products. Conditioner was in the shower gel bottle.

I found the spa facilities high quality! The gym was really nice too. The Christmas decorations created a warm atmosphere. Live music added to the overall atmosphere.
I found marks all over corridor walls. It looked dirty! Hairs in the bathroom were not pleasant. Breakfast service was atrocious. I asked five times for an iced coffee. It took 40 minutes to arrive.

the spa was great. i liked the heated beds in the main pool and the outdoor heated pool. i found the afternoon tea excellent and sweety, the waitress, was very attentive.
the housekeeper had body odor and it detracted from the hotel. the cryotherapy chamber was unavailable, this was a main reason for me choosing this place.

the hotel location is superb, adjacent to the park, perfect for a morning walk! i found the wooden door keys and toothbrushes a nice eco touch. the staff were polite, always ready to assist. the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh choices.
the automatic flushing in the public toilets caught me off guard, a small surprise .
