wonderful family trip

superb area nice selection tasty food friendly staff
The lounging area was superb! the bar area offered a nice selection, too. we found the food fine, really tasty and well-presented. the swimming pool was great for the kids and adults alike. the staff was friendly and helpful. They assisted with every request!
i noticed the jacuzzi and sauna were out of service ! it was a bit of a letdown as i was really looking forward to using them. i hope they're fixed soon .

Our superior king room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities. the bed was a good size and offered great nights of sleep. It was clean, tidy, and well kept! the bathroom was also quite modern.

lovely stay!

attentive service comfortable bed
I really enjoyed the attentive service and the comfortable beds. the breakfast had plenty of options. i particularly appreciated michelle calling us 'guests of the day', it. sophia, the restaurant manager, also handled some meal issues swiftly. I appreciated this greatly.
I found the pool area quite crowded with children. it seemed to be used for swimming lessons. This meant half the pool was closed. it would be nice if there were separate times for families and adults. This would make the experience more relaxing

the classic twin room included two comfortable beds. the room seemed recently renovated. i found everything very clean and well kept, this added to the overall positive experience.

Breakfast is buffet style so you can eat as much as you want. there were many hot and cold options. This was a great way to start the day. the staff ensured that the buffet items were replenished. This helped.

The hotel provides on-site parking at no extra cost. i could easily park my car . the location was convenient to access nearby attractions. This suited my travel plans well.

i found the breakfast choices to be varied. they were also plentiful. the onsite parking was perfect and convenient. it made arrivals and departures easier..
the spa and pool closed early at 5pm due to staff shortage. the bar area was quite untidy with half eaten food visible everywhere. i noticed few staff were available to clean up
