helpful staff comfy beds
The staff was very professional and helpful . The hotel hotel presented beauty and cleanliness. I found the environment calming. The super comfy beds helped me relax each night.
I noticed the hallways felt oddly cold with the air conditioning running at full blast. I wish this could be adjusted for better comfort.

refined Stay at Rosewood

amazing tips convenient location comfortable room
I stayed for three nights and the concierge offered amazing sightseeing tips. i decided to go on the big bus tour based on his recommendation. It was a great choice. the location is very convenient. walking around, i found plenty of shops and restaurants. Google maps helped me navigate back easily. the room was quiet, comfortable, and quite beautiful.
The spa facilities were mostly out of order . i was not informed about this beforehand, which was like a waste of time. the space felt crowded rather than luxurious because it was so small, not ideal for relaxation.
