Wonderful Spa and Excellent Service
clean spa outdoor pool comfy bed good staff
This hotel gave me a nice experience. The spa facilities seemed clean and well maintained. I used four pools. There was a hot outdoor pool. The room had two baths and a large comfy bed. I really enjoyed the dinners at Botanica and Camelia. I found many familiar faces, showing good staff retention.

The hotel fronts vast grounds that have a magical forest next to it. The largest rhododendron in the UK stands there. I really love it here.

Anniversary dreams at elizabeth le bay
really good food friendly staff delight spa
it was our anniversary, and everything felt so special. we dined in camelia, and tom hamblet's residency was a pure delight, the food was really good. every staff member, without exception, greeted us with friendliness and efficiency. the spa equaled cottonmill at sopwell house, the pictures don't lie.
our lodge was meant be a tranquil escape, the website promised a private terrace. instead, wild swimming sessions occurred just meters away. privacy was a problem.

a generally pleasant experience
outdoor pool indoor pool fire alarm unknown reason
the spa was really good. i could have easily spent an entire day there! the indoor and outdoor pools were great. i also appreciated the steam room and sauna.
the fire alarm went off at 2 a.m. during my last night. this incident occurred for an unknown reason since there was no fire. i expected some token of appreciation, but i didn't receive anything.

a really good visit
fabulous view flower vase amazing staff
The elizabeth le bay suite we stayed in was fine. it had fabulous views over the lawn and vineyard. i really loved the pick your own flowers vase inside the room. the staff were fantastic. They were friendly and capable.
the helicopter landing on the front lawn at 8am slightly disrupted the morning.
