superb hotel experience

indoor pool friendly staff central location good breakfast
the leisure facilities stood out i especially appreciated the swimming pool sauna gym and steam room i used them every day. the hotel's location was amazing allowing easy access to the pier and many shops. breakfast had a good variety and the staff were friendly.
during my stay i noticed the soundproofing could be improved i could sometimes hear noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms.

the family room on the fourth floor was very spacious it featured comfortable beds and offered plenty of room for luggage. the room also included tea and coffee making facilities ensuring i could relax after a day of exploration. a lovely deep bath enhanced the bathroom.

the hotel's situation provided easy access to the main attractions. i found the proximity to the pier convenient it allowed for spontaneous visits. the location offered many dining and shopping choices.

Acceptable, but room for improvement

The breakfast did include quite a few options for vegetarians.
The room got really hot. The window only opened a crack of about five inches so I had to use a fan from the room all night. Getting woken up by loud alarm bells at nine was not good too.

The evening reception staff WERE helpful. A staff member in the health center helped with my disabilities.
My room had creaky floorboards which were very loud. Occupants in the room above me had the same problem. There was noise when they moved around and it bothered me.
