fantastic stay!
excellent facility spacious room super cool staff
the hotel had excellent facilities for business meetings and the restaurants hosted guests well. the gym had great equipment. my stay was wonderful. rooms were spacious and the service was excellent! rafaell and kunal were super cool and very helpful, respectively.
the tv system did not work, a disappointment when trying to relax. this caused significant wait times.

the staff members displayed courteous behavior and was very helpful throughout my stay. kunal, working in the restaurant, provided assistance at all times. the team ensured all requests were handled efficiently.

clean room excellent restaurant valet parking
the room got upgraded at check in, it was clean. the restaurant was really good. valet parked and handled the luggage. i will return.
rooms where noisy. food used very cheap ingredients. breakfast was cold and used cheap food. they wanted money to send my sons charger back.

the hotel is near buckingham palace and victoria and westminster abbey. this is a beautiful, cosy hotel. the location made it easy to walk to many attractions and access various transport options.

the restaurant food was excellent. breakfast was extensive. masala dosa was available. there are choices of western options along with indian options, so everyone can find something they like.

staff were friendly and helpful, they accommodate every need. the hotel and concierge staff are helpful. the front desk upgraded our room. valet handled the parking and luggage.
