the hotel room was clean upon arrival. the bed was a dream, so soft and inviting. i appreciated the complimentary gin and tonics provided in the room. the spa had an amazing hydrotherapy pool offering various treatments and a dedicated relaxation area.

i noticed a small stain on the carpet near the entrance, not a big deal though.

The location is great. It is an easy walk from the train station. The bar was very friendly and relaxed. A fine sunset view could be seen from our room. The staff were really good too look after us, addressing our needs promptly.

The air conditioning in my room was broken, causing discomfort during the night. I reported it to the hotel, but the issue was not resolved . I found it quite warm, hard to sleep well.

The beautiful room was perfectly nice. A moment occurred where the toilet flushed indefinitely, but pressing the flush again stopped it. It then functioned fine afterwards, so I experienced no further issues with the facilities.
