rooftop pool friendly staff misleading upsell small rooms
The rooftop pool was amazing! The views of the chimneys from up there were something else. The ground floor reception staff were friendly and helpful, a plus.
My room had some issues. I could see higher into the block opposite and onto the railway line, a very misleading upsell. The rooms aren't big, especially considering the price.

a balanced stay overall
efficient air conditioning gym access plywood furniture slow lift
i found the gym very adequate. it included a 24/7 access, i also liked the efficient air conditioning in the room. it kept the temperature comfortable. the room was well-equipped with amenities, including many towels.
I found that the lift service was not optimal. Waiting times reached 15 minutes. the furniture looked constructed from inexpensive plywood, a detail i noted .

I found the location convenient, close to the shopping area. the studio room provided ample space. the rooftop pool impressed me. It offered great views. the ground floor reception was friendly. (i would come back again!)
the pillows felt a bit too firm for my liking.

ceiling window soft mattress central location
Our room was on the 11th floor and included floor to ceiling windows. It was snug but it contained everything needed and complimentary water was provided. The super clean linen and soft mattress were excellent. I found the staff to be smartly presented, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel's location near Battersea shopping mall was very handy.
