service fell a bit short
beachfront seating hammock net dead leaf poor service
i loved the beachfront seating. there were also sunbeds readily available. the location is great for watching the sunsets from the hammock nets during happy hour.
the beach outside was covered in dead leaves. it seemed like the hotel didn't clear them daily. the bar service was poor. the bar tender seemed to lack any enthusiasm.

The breakfast buffet was very good. It had lots of variety for both western and Thai food. The staff at the resort were great too. Derek, the manager, and his team were committed to.
The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible. It was hard to wash my hair because of it. The curtains were jammed, so I had to use a clip to hold them closed. It's an old hotel and is rather run down.

the beachfront location was very nice. i had awesome sunsets from the hammock loungers on the beach. the pools were fabulous , and i really enjoyed the evening themed dinners.

friendly staff spacious room maintained pool good location
I found THE staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable just like the pictures. The multiple swimming pools were well maintained. Several restaurants and bars are nearby. The location is really good.
The bathroom was a bit dark and semi-outside. It was a little strange.

The breakfast buffet has a great range of food to choose from each morning. It provided plenty of options. Prices at the hotel restaurant are similar to local establishments. Made dining convenient. A nice pool bar offers beverages and snacks throughout the day.

The resort features direct beach access which i found very convenient. Multiple swimming pools are available. The spa provides massage services. A taxi station is at the entrance. Transport is readily available.

I found the grounds well-kept. The staff was very kind. The villa with a private plunge pool exceeded my expectations. The hotel location offers many restaurant options minutes away by foot.

The staff remembered me from a previous visit. Nom, a waiter, remembered my coffee preferences. Mr Deerake, the manager, was very accommodating. I experienced staff members being helpful and friendly.

The hotel has direct beach access. I was able to walk into town easily. The resort is situated between many affordable eateries. The beach features soft white sand.
