some quirks, some charms

missing items birthday blunder
the bathroom door was a sliding one it offered zero privacy. laundry service misplaced some items i needed replaced. i asked about a birthday surprise for my friend and they announced it right in front of her. it wasn't exactly subtle.

the staff members showed their helpful side! they managed our early check-in request, which i am grateful for.
the food wasn't great. the breakfast had a limited selection. it also bothered me that it was not clear THIS hotel was halal.

Relaxing Stay with Great Amenities

The nature view from the location was just GORGEOUS!!! Staff members assisted with every request. The hotel helped us arrange outdoor activities, so we did not need to pre-plan anything. The resort is close to the mosque. We found halal food options easily.
I noticed some wear and tear in the room. The shower holder was loose. there were water stains on the sink tap.
