some quirks, some charms
missing itemsbirthday blunder
the bathroom door was a sliding one it offered zero privacy. laundry service misplaced some items i needed replaced. i asked about a birthday surprise for my friend and they announced it right in front of her. it wasn't exactly subtle.

The nature view from the location was just GORGEOUS!!! Staff members assisted with every request. The hotel helped us arrange outdoor activities, so we did not need to pre-plan anything. The resort is close to the mosque. We found halal food options easily.
I noticed some wear and tear in the room. The shower holder was loose. there were water stains on the sink tap.

The pools are large and well kept, providing ample space for swimming and relaxation. They are situated in a quiet area, which allows you to unwind by the water. A gym with a beautiful view is available, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach, a convenient amenity.

Breakfast provides many satisfying options, including freshly cooked eggs, various vegetables, assorted fruits, and traditional Asian dishes. The mix of European and Thai options caters to different tastes. I found that the breakfast had a good balance.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped. There was a walk-in shower and a large freestanding bath. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were soft. A large balcony offered outdoor seating with views of the surrounding area.
