lovely stay with very nice views

the breakfast included many options, both asian and continental choices. the pool was beautiful and provided nice relaxation. i saw monkeys and squirrels from the hotel grounds. the natural surroundings were very pretty.
the staff didn't speak fluent english! this made communication sometimes challenging.

the room seemed like a little oasis, away from the busier areas. it was very clean, and the staff replenished our towels and cleaned the room daily. the bungalow style added to the overall experience.

i found the secluded jungle huts to be a very charming experience. the rooms were impeccably clean. the overall setting of the hotel felt very dreamy, a true escape.
the hotel is accessible only by boat, and the hotel boat service operates with limited hours. a private boat outside these hours costs extra. this transportation issue was a bit inconvenient.

The paths to the rooms are steep. I slipped twice. My girlfriend scraped her leg. Blackouts happened around 1 hour each time. On the last day, we did not have running water to shower or brush our teeth before checkout.

the area is pretty. there is a lot of nature. the breakfast has many options. asian and continental breakfast are available. the views are amazing.
there was ants in the room. my daughter got sick after having food at the restaurant. the tap water tasted bad. i was scared it got mixed up with dirty water.
