Fantastic stay!

useful additions friendly staff
The location was ideal, a few metres from the pier. The breakfast was great, with various options. I especially enjoyed the two pool areas and found the staff friendly and helpful. Water bottles were provided. Umbrellas and pool towels were useful additions, I appreciate that.
The bathroom lighting could use some improvement because it was difficult to see with the dim, yellow lights.

Breakfast offered diverse choices. I found tasty options. Various local cafes are also close to the premises, I appreciate the convenience. The hotel is near the pier and promenade with several diverse local cafes.

The premises are near the pier on the east side, very practical. The area is calm at night, though it is close to restaurants and bars. Reaching the west side is easy, a short walk is all it takes.

The location provided easy access to east and west beaches.
The room had some issues. The sink drained slowly, and the cleaner overlooked several areas. The bedding had a tear at the bottom, needing replacement.

fantastic pools and handy pier access

beautiful garden decent gym fresh roti many options
i enjoyed my stay. the garden was beautiful. the two pools were definitely a highlight. there was a decent gym available. i also appreciated the great breakfast with many options including fresh roti.
i found that the monkeys could be a little bothersome if you are not a fan.

this place is close to the pier. it makes arrival easy, especially with luggage. the walking street is nearby with access to many restaurants and shops. railay west beach is accessible through the walking street.

rooftop pool varied breakfast clean room
The rooftop pool was awesome. I liked the views it has. The breakfast had many options and fresh bread, I liked that. The room felt clean and the bedding felt comfortable to me.
The furniture seemed scratched to me. It looks worn.
