i was greeted with hot tea and snacks during check-in. i also received a fruit plate and a dessert plate. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices.
it was very noisy in the mornings because of the location. sports activities with loudspeakers and music occurred right outside the window. the shower was hard to get in and out of and leaked water all over the floor since it had no door.

acceptable stay with some issues

slip hazard awkward position
the staff was cute each time i entered the lobby. the location is central.
the bathroom's design is bad. there is no way to stop water from splashing onto the floors, and it creates a slip hazard. the rain shower is awkwardly positioned above a change in the bath floor level, so it is weird to stand there.

Very nice Stay with Really good Service!!!

attentive staff convenient location kind touch
The staff were really good. Brian assisted with tour bookings and was very attentive. They even prepared breakfast for our early flight, a really kind touch. The location is amazing. Everything is within walking distance!!!
The room service menu was limited. I wish there were more options to choose from.

some issues overshadowed good points

limited breakfast leaky bathtub
the location was good (easy to get around).
breakfast choices were quite limited, and the freshness was questionable. the room suffered from noise each morning because of outdoor activities with loud music. also, the bathtub (used as a shower) was awkward to get into and leaked water onto the floor since it lacked a proper door.
