The staff was AMAZING. Julie helped me with packing because I had vacuum bags for compressing jackets. Hana gave me Google locations and created a new folder in my Google Maps. the staff and location were EXCELLENT.

I booked a room with a view but I did not get one. I felt that most of the positive reviews here are FAKE.

My stay experienced some shortcomings. The noise levels proved problematic as the hotel is near a nightclub (i found this quite inconvenient). The music continued until the early hours. I received earplugs. These did little to block out the noise.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety each day. I was grateful for the rooftop pool because it was cool. The rooftop bar had a happy hour lasting three hours. The hotel location was convenient being only one block from pub street.

The hotel room I booked did not include the promised view. The hotel is situated on a busy road with lots of bikes, made arrival a bit chaotic. This was not ideal.
