poor service high price
the location on a separate island provided nice privacy.
the buffet was centered around the main restaurant. it charged high prices. the personal service was nonexistent. i had to scan my face just to enter and find a table myself.

really good stay with great service
helpful staff flawless facilities unique veranda
i was impressed by the staff they were helpful. The hotel facilities where flawless and the restaurants unbelievable. food was great especially sitting outside on the veranda over the water it was unique.
this resulted in limited nighttime activities available on the island. more extended hours could definitely improve the evening experience.

compliments go to the chefs for their beautiful restaurant menus. the food was wonderful with so many excellent choices. sitting outside over the water made it even better.

the swimming pools were excellent being very large and clean with a swim up bar. the short boat ride to and from the island is complimentary and runs 24 hours a day it was really convenient. i appreciated the overall design.

the staff were all very helpful and courteous making everything run smoothly. the transfer service was prompt and efficiently managed it made getting around easy. they always smile it made the holiday more relaxing.
