i received a complimentary room upgrade to include a balcony upon check-in. the room is spacious and beautifully decorated (i especially liked the eco-friendly design). i loved the pool area and proximity to the beach.
i experienced slow luggage service upon checkout. it took 40 minutes for my luggage to be brought down to the car. i had to ask the valet multiple times since i needed to get to the airport.

the hotel offers direct beach access, very convenient. there are many shops and restaurants within walking distance (less than 10 minutes). the area feels safe and is well kept, with clear signage.

I found the staff very helpful. They were versed on the hotel. The gym is lovely. It had plenty of equipment. I spent time at the gorgeous pools and enjoyed the good food available, too.
I had some difficulty in the pool because getting a lounge chair was like a war zone.

All of the food was delicious. I enjoyed everything from room service to Aviv to Watr to the plant house. The breakfast buffet had plenty of avocados and fresh vegetables.

I found the hotel's design with its natural elements beautiful. The rooftop pool offered an excellent experience. The attentive staff ensured every need was met. The beach location proved perfect, and a luxurious calm permeated the entire hotel.

The hydration station in the lobby featured infused water and fresh fruit. This was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet provided a wide array of options, each made from fresh ingredients. Staff were pretty good too make our anniversary special. They offered an upgrade.

I appreciated the large bathroom in the room, as it had dual sinks. The included king-sized bed allowed for restful sleep and relaxation. The living room provided a comfortable space. It complemented our stay.

the design is gorgeous it promotes an eco friendly atmosphere with a water fountain in the room reducing single use water bottles. the staff was amazing even when busy providing excellent service. the conference area has a great design and connects well to the rest of the hotel.
i noticed wait times were occasionally present due to high demand.
