really good service all around

amazing servicesupportive staffcustomer experiencelaser focus
i received an amazing service from the entire staff. the front desk and concierge were always positive. they were supportive and went beyond for their customers. i especially appreciated the laser focus on customer experience and service.
the outside noise was noticeable. i could hear the train screeching on the tracks, even on a high floor. this made it difficult to sleep in past 5:30am.

the hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions. several nice restaurants are located in the surrounding area. the sky train is also super close, allowing easy transportation around the city. this makes exploring very simple.

the hotel is conveniently located between st louis and chong nonsi bts stations. this made getting around very easy. the breakfast buffet was excellent (i especially liked the coffee blends!). guest officer katie welcomed me warmly and escorted me to my room.
i did not find any issue .

A Tender Stay!

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! i loved the salad bar where they grow veggies organically. the gym is well equipped with premium machines and chilled ginger water. the pool is shaped like a cat eye when viewed from above. That's just so playful.
