The hotel location provides easy access to nearby conveniences. I found multiple shops and dining options just a short walk away, and the rooftop pool area with jacuzzi and bar offered nice city views. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
The room could have used some water. I think providing basic complimentary water would be a better standard.

The staff answered my questions quickly. They were helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary tuk-tuk service as it took guests to the closest stations. This service significantly eased my commute.

The free tuk-tuk service offered rides to nearby metro stations and shopping centers. The breakfast had a good variety with fresh omelets made upon request. It was tasty. My room had a microwave, useful for heating up leftovers.

the location is great with shops nearby. the rooftop pool is nice.
I found my kettle leaked badly. I asked for a replacement. also the shower head bracket was very loose and would not hold the shower head upright. i was disappointed.
