i was frustrated with a couple things. the air conditioning made banging noises at night disrupting my sleep. also, a section of the pool was closed for repairs and that was disappointing. it's annoying when facilities aren't fully available, especially for the price. it limited space, less enjoyable than it should have been. i expected more.

the check-in process was smooth. complimentary ferry transport to the nearby pier proved convenient. a tuk-tuk service offered rides to the asiatique pier. the tour operator in the lobby provided helpful activity planning.
the water pressure in the shower was a little low.

fantastic escape!
efficient check-inclean roomsmoke smell
i was amazed by the efficient check-in, the staff gave us useful information. our room was a good standard and very clean. the food in the restaurant tasted really good too. it was my first stay here, but it definitely won't be my last!
i asked for a non-smoking room, i could still smell the smoke from the room next door which worried me. i was also concerned as to why the smoke alarm didn't activate since my floor was a non-smoking area.

the hotel sits right next to the chao phraya river, i loved the short walk to asiatique. a complimentary shuttle boat runs every 30 minutes to sathorn pier, providing very easy access to other areas. it's a fantastic perk!

the extensive breakfast spread impressed me, with cuisines. japanese, european, indian, and thai options were available, ensuring something for everyone. i liked that the hotel offered vegan and vegetarian options.

our room had plentiful amenities, including a coffee maker, which i found very useful. the bed was comfortable, with good pillows for a restful night. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable with many options.
The room I received did not match the pictures online. The sofa was cheap. The balcony had rusty metal chairs, and there was NO table. The bathtub lacked a shower head, so rinsing after a bath was IMPOSSIBLE.
