dusty room pool absence
the location was quite convenient, close to many shopping centers.
I found some aspects disappointing. The absence of a pool was definitely a drawback, and the room felt a bit dusty upon arrival (i felt eye sore at the beginning).

a decent stay

excellent breakfast friendly staff great location missing sign no swimming pool closed bar
i stayed there a few nights ago. the breakfast was excellent and full of variety. the front desk staffs were good and very friendly. the location was great too. i enjoyed the hotel proximity to many malls.
my room do not have a 'do not disturb' sign. it made it hard to sleep without interruption from housekeeping. there is no swimming pool. i thinks that the rooftop walk bar is not always open.

amazing stay at a top location!!!

clean room convenient location helpful staff great coffee shop
I was charmed by the modern, clean room i had. The housekeeping kept everything super clean. the location was convenient for shopping. Central world was just a short walk. the staff were helpful. They quickly assisted with my requests! i especially loved the coffee shop in the lobby, it was a great spot for a quick break.
i found the soundproofing wasn't so great. i could hear hallway noise from my room. it was a bit disruptive at times.

the hotel offers a gym that includes treadmills and stationary bikes, a nice rooftop bar and easy access to a starbucks near the reception, giving several choices for the guests.

The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The housekeeping team on level 17 did an excellent job each day, they ensured a super clean room, and created a comfortable stay.

Breakfast included standard items. The variety was good for a quick start to the day. there is also a bar located near the reception desk on level 9, very convenient.

The hotel is near central world and big c. Pratunam markets are within easy walking distance. it is also located near the pratunam pier which is convenient for travel around the city.
