Nong boom gave really good service. she was warm. the setting transitions beautifully from warm golden hour glow to a serene elegant evening vibe. The atmosphere was fine. the food was delicious. I enjoyed authentic thai dishes that were comforting and refined.
the room looked different from the advertisements. to create a workspace, an unsightly banquet-style folding table had to be brought in. it completely disrupted the room's atmosphere. there was no real effort to compensate for this.

the gym has modern equipment and offers thai stretching assistance. the pool area is spacious and serene. it allows for relaxation amidst the city bustle. the four dining venues serve excellent cuisine.

i appreciated the consistently high service level. the staff handled my requests efficiently. they also delivered a cake and flowers for our anniversary, a thoughtful touch.
the dress code in the lounge was not consistently enforced. some guests wore gym clothes, which detracted from the refined atmosphere.
