The hotel's facilities impressed me greatly. two amazing pools provide great relaxation after a warm day, not to mention the amazing city view. the executive lounge access proved beneficial. I enjoyed quiet breakfasts and evening drinks. i found the direct bts access convenient.
the smoke alarm above the bed emitted a flashing light, hindering sleep.

charming stay with excellent access
easy accesslovely touchweak ventilation
i found the location convenient. the direct access to the train station made airport transfers very easy. i was also really surprised by the birthday cake they presented to my partner upon arrival (it was a lovely touch!).
during my stay, i noticed that the ventilation in the bathrooms was not very effective. odors tended to linger, a minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was adequate. (I liked the variety of options.)
I was disappointed by the check-in experience. It was slow. There was a significant wait before I was shown to my room. the lighting in the room was complicated. I could not figure out the switches, it was quite annoying.
