Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Present

outdated room check-in process
My stay had a few snags. The room felt quite dated. Scratches marked many switch buttons. the check-in process started off oddly. I was asked about my check-out time right away. It was a bit off-putting.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

long queue bad impression
The 25m swimming pool was something, especially if you're into swimming laps.
The room design felt quite old fashioned. I waited about 25 minutes for a table at breakfast because the management didn't seem to care enough about the queues. The porter escaped us at the lift. It gave a bad first impression, honestly.

outdated decor scratched buttons
the hotel had a fabulous location right on the river with a private boat to ferry across the river and to a nearby shopping center.
The room decor seemed outdated and the switch buttons had scratches. This wasn't ideal after a refurbishment in 2013, so i expected a bit more for what i paid.
