The hotel has a great location near the nana bts station. staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. i really liked the happy hour bar.
the gym seemed crowded during peak hours, making it slightly difficult to use all the equipment i wanted.

The location is very central. i found everything accessible either by foot or a quick metro ride. the staff was helpful, and the pool area was particularly nice. I enjoyed relaxing there after a long day.
i noticed noise from the nearby main road. it was constant and affected my ability to fully relax in my room.

My stay included access to the club floor. I enjoyed the complimentary buffet and drinks available from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on the 30th floor (a great perk). The staff was very friendly and helpful . I also appreciated the pool on the 9th floorwith a nice view.
