the hotel itself is beautiful , showing attention to detail and aesthetics.
The mountain view room i booked showed rooftops and a busy street instead of mountains. noise from the street made it hard to relax . The soundproofing needs improvement. the limited channels on the old tv made evenings dull after long days.

The complimentary shuttle service to town was convenient. The hotel grounds displayed well kept flowers. I especially loved the rose fragrance near the entrance.
I found some aspects disappointing. The hotel centrally controls the air conditioning and it was too warm. I wanted a cooler room so I could sleep better. staff enforced many rules. I seemed like I was constantly reminded of what not to do.

my visit was not great. the umbrella in the room was faulty. staff said new ones have quality issues. i expected better equipment. the bed was two queens pushed together and uncomfortable. i was not happy with it.

The hotel gym had modern equipment. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes about twenty loungers. The hotel also provides a FREE shuttle bus to the town center, so handy!
The hotel food choices at breakfast were a letdown. There were limited vegan options, I expected more.

Our Balcony Classic Garden had mountain scenery views. The room included local embroidery decorations, so nice. It also featured separate sinks and a rainfall shower, I loved it.

the service was spotty. i noted my mother's birthday during the reservation, with a specific request for a small acknowledgement. this was ignored. also, our mountain view room overlooked rooftops and a busy street, differing from promotional pictures. the street noise affected sleep quality. i expected more from a supposed five-star hotel.

I found the breakfast buffet diverse with a wide array of fresh choices. the spa services exceeded my expectations because the staff showed both friendliness and professionalism. laurie was also cute and helpful. She ensured my stay met the highest standard. the beautiful hotel boasted plentiful open spaces adorned with roses, various flowers, and lush greenery.
the hotel is located a bit outside of town, though the shuttle service compensates, it operates only once per hour.
