I enjoyed the large pool. It was very refreshing. good shaded areas existed around the pool. the swim-up bar was great. the trainees isha from tibet and devi from bali were excellent in the restaurant and at the pool bar.
the room was not very clean. the bathroom was not up to standard for a hotel as described. i found mold in the toilet and general dirtiness in the room.

the hotel sits right on the beach, long and offers plenty of space for walking. breakfast included a decent selection of items and was generally good. my room had views of the pool and the ocean (i appreciated this). the staff were helpful and friendly .
i noticed some signs of wear in the room. it could benefit from some updates.

the front desk staff spoke english well and were consistently polite. house keeping responded quickly when i requested extra towels. the restaurant staff seemed attentive to guest needs during breakfast (water refills, clearing plates).

the exercise classes and cooking demo were fun and available without extra cost the spa offered a tranquil space. happy staff ensured a cute atmosphere. the chef created a combination of thai and western food. the beach was very clean.
the room needed some updating it was a little dated for a luxury experience.

the duplex suite included comfortable bedding and spacious layouts providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. windows offered scenic views enhancing the room's aesthetic appeal and creating a nothing noisy. air conditioning maintained a consistent temperature.

the swimming pool had plentiful seating available with no distracting music creating a relaxing atmosphere. activities included billiards darts ping pong gym petong volleyball sup and canoe. the beach provided a serene location for walks and swimming.

the hotel is right by the beach creating easy access and beautiful scenery. the environment is cozy and relaxing enhancing the overall tranquility of the area. getting to nearby attractions is easily accessible.

the italian restaurant has excellent staff and good food plus delectable desserts. breakfast includes a decent variety of options with satisfying flavors. the on site restaurant served great food and walkable restaurants are conveniently located down the beach.

i found nattai very accommodating for our family. the staff were friendly and generous. the resort was a welcome retreat though some distance exist to attractions. the large pool and swim-up bar were very clean too.
There was a smell in the room. it needed refurbishment. at the checkout, i told this to the lady. She completely ignored me and started talking with my wife in thai.

Our suite included spacious rooms. daily refresh was done by the cleaning staff. the air-conditioning was cool, and beds were large and comfortable. Those features were positives.

I ate each day at the onsite restaurant. i enjoyed every meal. They were well cooked. the extensive menu was great too, it had a lot of selection. I did not get bored.
