substandard housekeeping limited choices
I found the housekeeping substandard, even after requesting service, the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Dust and hair remained. the staff seemed annoyed when i complained. the breakfast choices were limited, and i noticed small flies hovering over the fruit.

fantastic stay!
helpful staff huge pool great value
the staff was so friendly and helpful! the pool is huge, it even has a bar. breakfast included many options for food. it was a great value for the price, i would recommend it!
the gym could use some updating.

the hotel is located near many restaurants and shops which is super convenient. ao nang beach is also easily accessible from here. i really enjoyed being so close to everything i needed, i walked everywhere!

the rooms are large and clean. my room had a very comfortable bed. the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub plus plenty of towels. the air conditioning worked very well making the room comfortable.

the pool was large with ample space i found. fresh towels were readily available near the pool. the hotel's cleanliness stood out to me.
the air conditioning was somewhat difficult to adjust initially.

shower mold unclean towels
The room smelled rather damp upon arrival. That improved as time passed. there was some mold in the shower. i thought the towels did not smell entirely clean, which wasn't ideal. the terrace wasn't cleaned .

I loved the clean, large pool. I enjoyed drinks at the pool bar. It was a fun addition. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I found that the beds and pillows were not very comfortable! It was a bit disappointing.
