our housekeeper kept our room immaculate.. she made very nice towel sculptures. the staff proved to be friendly. the gardens were very nice with a lovely pool.
The evenings lacked entertainment. I hoped for more sri lankan food than indian.

Chef dilip singh prepared really good indian cuisine at the palms restaurant. His personal touch made our meals nice. we savored the freshly prepared papaya salad each morning. It was a refreshing start to the day.

the rooms had awesome views. the housekeeping made towel decorations for us, it was lovely. chef sanath prepared tasty meals for us, it was very kind.
the hotel didn't had a drivers room, it was a problem for my driver who came from far.

i booked a room with a sea view. the view was quite scenic. my room was close to the pool area. the staff was kind and cooperative throughout my stay. i also found local cafes nearby, convenient.
The train noise was noticeable from my room. I could hear it clearly during the day and night.

Staff showed kindness and cooperation consistently. They addressed all requests quickly. i found the service to be efficient during meals. the receptionist was very helpful too and always available.
