The pools are big and clean. I observed the pools were adequately staffed. The gym had many machines, which I liked. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the premises.
Our room was spacious, but it was only on the second floor. So, it didn't offer the best view. The building did not seem well maintained. The main pool was closed for maintenance .

our premier ocean room was so spacious, and the view was just lovely. the staff made sure our anniversary was really special, even had a delicious cake. kanishka from the restaurant was always ready to help and offered great service. i felt cared for.
finding soap in the communal toilets sometimes felt a bit tricky, dispensers seemed often empty.

I experienced warm hospitality from the staff. They were very cute. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had a very good variety. The hotel offered good value for the money I spent. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Their readiness to assist.
I noticed the swimming pool's surrounding grass areas needed some maintenance. There were bare patches.

The Bojunhala restaurant impressed me. The food exceeded my expectations. I must mention Kanishka at Bojunhala. His service was extraordinary, especially at dinner. Live music at breakfast and dinner added a peaceful touch.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The staff was very attentive by the pool. The room was excellent I was very happy.
The gym ventilation was barely working early in the morning. There was almost no fresh air in the gym. The hotel feels quite old and poorly maintained it has visible signs of wear. The kids' club has nothing for children to do there are no activities.
