the royal beautiful cabana was very comfortable. it featured eco-friendly designs with thatched roofs and furniture. i enjoyed the panoramic views of tea plantations from the balcony.
The main balcony blinds were thin and cheap. they did not block sunlight and there were no curtains at all! the window next to the door had visible gaps. It felt unsafe.

The room was clean, and i found the tea-themed backdrop quite nice. contacting reception via whatsapp proved very useful. They responded promptly.
The hard-sell approach upon check-in was annoying. i also encountered a missing hand towel issue at checkout.

the honeymoon beautiful bathtub room was great. it offered very nice views making the stay special. the sri lankan treats were a nice touch during the evening turndown service. i enjoyed the breakfast that featured both a la carte options and a buffet.
i found that there was no air conditioning in the room. there was a fan, but this did not adequately cool the room for comfortable sleep.

the hotel sits among tea plantations! it is close to little adam's peak. nine arch bridge is also nearby. a tuk-tuk ride into town is a short five minutes.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the team decorated and provided a cake for a birthday. the staff explained many different curries wonderfully and took care of our needs. the staff was friendly!

dirty roomovercrowded pool
the room was not clean when i arrived i saw hair on the floor and dust on the furniture i informed the reception but they did not send anyone to clean it this annoyed me i expected better from such a place the pillows were also too soft providing no support i had difficulty sleeping well. the pool area was overcrowded it was hard to find a lounger. the overall experience felt less luxurious than expected, soft pillows
