i enjoyed the delicious food. i loved the three buffet options. room service met my expectations (it was quick and efficient). i also appreciated the four complimentary water bottles provided daily.
i noticed the gym did not have updated equipment. i found this disappointing as it is important to me .

i stayed in a superior twin room ocean view for a few nights. the room was large and very clean. the hotel has nice pools, and it's also on the beach front. the ocean view was pretty nice (i liked watching the waves).
the hotel had a wedding function booked . the entire reception area was chaotic and noisy. the wedding festivities went on late into the night, disturbing guests. the hotel decor seemed a little aged and tired.

Lots of crows sat back near the beach. It's nature though.

The hotel seemed quite expensive. The cost of water, food and room service felt too high! Bottled water in the room tasted strongly of chlorine. I had to buy a small bottle for an exorbitant price. That water cost about $7.

The food was really good, especially the indian cuisine! one day i ordered mutton and butter chicken for lunch. It tasted excellent. the buffet variety was excellent and tasty. the head chefs personally addressed my partner's gluten allergy by preparing fresh gluten-free versions of items.
i didn't like hotel staff messaging me on what's app for my daily updates about my stay. it's good to have an emergency contact, but giving regular updates was not ideal.

The staff were very attentive and polite. They was pretty good! a staff member contacted me through whatsapp every day to ensure i had everything i needed. this personalized touch was much appreciated.

A Fantastic Stay!

Our room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast featured various dishes each day, and I loved the Sri Lankan hoppers and fish curry. The long pool was fine and very relaxing. The gardens were well maintained, too! I loved the view from the balcony overlooking the hotel.
The reservation staff were a little unhelpful when I wanted to change something.

The breakfast buffet included diverse options. The fish restaurant provided an excellent experience with delicious seafood! I saw the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager visiting each table, ensuring guest satisfaction. It was excellent.
