Excellent Resort Experience
suite upgrade attentive managers high standard cleaning thoughtful decorations
Hansini welcomed me with such warmth during check-in. She noticed I was tired and upgraded me to a junior suite without immediate payment. Dammika, the Director of Operations, along with Tharanga, the Executive Assistant Manager, and Shalindra, the Front Office Manager, were attentive to my needs. The breakfast team, including Suranjith, Shashini, Halantha, and Ruwin, provided great service. Suranjith was particularly helpful. Madushanka and Kalihga cleaned my room to a high standard, sometimes even three times a day, always adding thoughtful decorations.
The air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy. I reported it several times, but there was no resolution

The room included a king-size bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a private balcony. It overlooked the garden. There was also a large tv with international channels. It provided entertainment. The bathroom featured a separate shower and a bathtub.

Staff members like Shashini and Madu were particularly polite. The housekeeping staff were amazing. They kept the rooms super clean. The pool bar team were very attentive and helpful. They couldn't do enough. The staff provided Sri Lankan hospitality at its best!

long wait broken equipment
staff was friendly enough, i guess.
the boat trip to get to the place was a hassle. i waited for ages and the room wasnt ready at arrival. also, the gym was small and half the equipment was out of order. it had a real air of neglect.
