Inconsistent Service and Overrated Expectations

difficult temperatureinconsistent service
I found some aspects of my stay didn't quite meet expectations. Getting comfortable pillows was a challenge. adjusting the temperature on the air conditioning was tricky. It fluctuated a lot. I think these small issues detracted from an otherwise decent experience, and a bit more attention to detail would have made a big difference.

i enjoyed a wonderful dinner at cherry garden. chef fei prepared perfect food. the restaurant staff kindly prepared longevity buns with traditional snacks for my birthday. kane offered detailed and sincere service, explaining each dish's preparation.
i found the mo bar configuration somewhat odd. it seemed like two rooms were tacked together. i seemed like i was seated in a corridor. i expected a cozy, comfortable bar.
