fantastic stay!
easy accessrefurbished poolhousekeeping staff
the hotel provided very easy access to buses and nearby mrt stations. i especially appreciated the refurbished pool area. it was perfect for cooling off with poolside food and drinks. i found the rooms to be clean and well kept. hard working housekeeping staff serviced the rooms well.
i wish i had known this beforehand, as access to fitness facilities is important to me during my travels.

I was disappointed that the Ginger restaurant washroom wasn't very clean (I really expected more attention to detail). the staff at Ginger didn't seem very friendly. I asked for a few bread slices to pack for my child for later, but they said packing wasn't allowed. It seemed like a huge favor when the manager packed a few croissants and put them on my table (it was awkward).

The location is excellent. A lot of restaurants are nearby. The staff downstairs is helpful, especially the boys. The room was clean, and the bed quite spacious. The breakfast selection offered so many options.

The room included a nespresso machine. a filtered water tap was AVAILABLE instead of bottled water. This was quite convenient.
