the location was decent with an mrt stop nearby.
My room was supposedly upgraded, but it seemed like a standard room, just on a higher floor. The front desk confirmed that beautiful rooms only differ in floor level, not amenities. They didn't charge me extra, fortunately. also, i found it odd that housekeeping wasn't consistent. One day, my laundry wasn't picked up promptly.

The location is excellent because it is close to Orchard Boulevard station. The staff was polite.
The housekeeping service was unreliable. I requested that my shirt be washed (not ironed) and returned the same day, yet it took two days and multiple inquiries to get it back. The laundry service felt overpriced and inefficient.

the location was convenient to orchard road. mrt access was very easy. housekeeping staff members were courteous. lina and william did their work well.
the bed was not comfortable. the mattress was drooping, and my back ached. i could not get a good night's sleep . i was disappointed with this.

i found some issues the room felt a bit downmarket lacking the polish i expected the breakfast selection was mediocre i was disappointed by the overall experience it didn't meet my expectations for a hotel affiliated with a larger brand

the staff at the front desk were very helpful i was greeted with smiles and quick service. i appreciated the efficiency at the concierge desk especially joel and bayani. the pool area offered a relaxing escape and i often found myself spending quiet moments there. i enjoyed a seamless experience throughout my stay
I noticed the absence of coffee in the room. It was a very minor inconvenience given the wonderful experience elsewhere.
