I found the staff particularly attentive. They ensured my needs were met quickly. The location is wonderfully central to nearby shops. Parking was also convenient with ample visitor space. I loved the historical feel of this building.
The coffee beans used in the machine were a bit bitter , I thought.

The receptionists and concierge were efficient and client oriented. I appreciated the warm welcome received from all staff members. The staff looked after all customers, I noticed.

The chinese restaurant provided very good food. i had my wedding conducted at minjiang, dempsey. Howard was helpful throughout. minjiang @ dempsey was gorgeous and my wedding pictures turned out great!
The room i booked was not inside the main hotel building. i needed to walk across the parking lot to get to the rooms. This was inconvenient when it rained. during the 2nd to 4th night of my stay, the guests beside me were loud and noisy even till 3am!

the windsor ballroom hosted a wedding lunch that my guests enjoyed. howard rosqueta helped with administrative needs from the initial site meeting through the event. steven yong assisted with the execution and even used decorations for the champagne toast. the staff coordinated chairs for a large group photo which was helpful.

the hotel is near orchard ion mall which allows for excellent shopping. a mrt station is nearby making it easy to get around for sightseeing. the location is just outside the bustle of orchard but close enough to walk there.
