the front desk was helpful at check-in, and also when i requested a late check out. the room i had was spacious and modern. beds and pillows were very comfortable, and i found extra pillows in the closet. there was even a drinking water faucet in the room!

i wish that the ac thermostat in our room worked . despite informing the front desk several times, the maintenance team could not resolve it. this resulted in the room being either too cold or too warm.

the location is super convenient with a metro station for two lines just a five-minute walk away. several malls and restaurants are nearby and easily accessible. the hotel is right on orchard road for easy access.

there is a filtered water tap in the bathroom, providing safe drinking water, i thought it was a great addition!!! the hotel offers a speakeasy located in the shopping arcade with superb cocktails and food.

my room featured a modern design with smart décor and plenty of space. the grand bed was comfortable, and i enjoyed having a view from a higher floor. also, there was a dedicated filtered water tap in the bathroom.
