decent stay, some hiccups
delayed check-in buffet orientation
check-in was rather delayed. i arrived around 11 am, but was informed my room wasn't ready. i gave them my number, expecting a call, but waited until 2:30 pm with no response. i had to go back to the lobby, only to find out my room was finally available. this lack of communication and delay was quite frustrating, the buffet hostess did not give me a proper buffet orientation. the hostess didn't explain the buffet layout well. i felt a bit lost trying to navigate the various stations for food, drinks, and cutlery.

spacious room city view anniversary cake
the room was spacious and clean. the view of the city from the room was amazing. the hotel also provided a complimentary cake for my anniversary, a very nice touch.
the elevator system required transferring at the lobby, it added extra time.

The hotel's location was convenient. It was next to aquaria. food court access was easy. the new restaurant at the sapura building offered variety. i found the staff helpful and efficient. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel.

the hotel is directly opposite petronas towers. easy access to shops and bars made it very convenient. a skybridge and tunnels made reaching bukit bintang and klcc simple. the central location is definitely a major plus.

The room size was great. i had a king room garden viewwith ample space. the rooms are awesome. They have magnificent views. i also found the beds comfortable, great for restful sleep.

The breakfast had many options and tasted good. the pool area had plenty of space. the gym was good. it had a selection of equipment for a decent workout. The staff kept it very clean.

Excellent Location and Great Amenities
ideal location cardio equipment clean room
I appreciated the hotel's ideal location. It allowed for easy access to both The Petronas Towers and KLCC Park and Mall. The gym was well-equipped with both cardio and weight machines, also it featured steam and sauna rooms. I liked the spacious, clean room with fresh bedding, it included both a nice bath and shower.
During breakfast the selection was not extensive as I had expected. I observed interruptions from staff, they brought the bill and requested payment while I was still eating. This occurred twice.

The reception staff was courteous. Room attendants were attentive to details and responded quickly to requests, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. I found them to be helpful and efficient.

My room offered a good level of comfort and functionality. It featured modern amenities. it was very clean upon arrival and well-kept. The bed was comfortable, which ensured a restful sleep.
