check-in was rather delayed. i arrived around 11 am, but was informed my room wasn't ready. i gave them my number, expecting a call, but waited until 2:30 pm with no response. i had to go back to the lobby, only to find out my room was finally available. this lack of communication and delay was quite frustrating, the buffet hostess did not give me a proper buffet orientation. the hostess didn't explain the buffet layout well. i felt a bit lost trying to navigate the various stations for food, drinks, and cutlery.

I appreciated the hotel's ideal location. It allowed for easy access to both The Petronas Towers and KLCC Park and Mall. The gym was well-equipped with both cardio and weight machines, also it featured steam and sauna rooms. I liked the spacious, clean room with fresh bedding, it included both a nice bath and shower.

During breakfast the selection was not extensive as I had expected. I observed interruptions from staff, they brought the bill and requested payment while I was still eating. This occurred twice.

The reception staff was courteous. Room attendants were attentive to details and responded quickly to requests, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. I found them to be helpful and efficient.
