the room was spacious. housekeeping was good. its easy to get to many shops from here.
the room air conditioning did not work well. the sink faucet leaked water. the room door does not close by itself, i must push it.

romantic Escape Amidst City's Glow
warm welcome great politeness comfortable beds
i felt so welcomed upon arrival, setting a tender mood. The staff showed great politeness and were helpful. our room had much space, and the beds were comfortably soft. It started our days with joy because one of the best hotel breakfasts filled us!
i encountered a slight inconvenience. the air conditioning in our room did not work well, sadly. the temperature stayed above 26 degrees, a small disturbance in an otherwise beautiful stay. It affected our moments of comfort.

the hotel has direct access to the shopping mall and convenient public transport. i found it easy to move around. the location is superb for shopping and dining. the monorail station made traveling simple.
i noticed slight wear on the carpets.

location was great as the mall is connected. staffs were always available. the room was clean. the tv had many channels. the breakfast had multiple option. housekeeping was efficient. the pool was large and clean. minibar items were complimentary.
The sink had minor damage. I noticed some slight water leakage each time i turned it on.

I found the breakfast buffet staff really good. Bhesraj and Sangam were very proactive. They were professional and also courteous. Their warm approach. I appreciated their hospitality, it enhanced our dining experience. We appreciate their excellent service VERY much!!!
I encountered an issue with a receptionist at 5 AM. She seemed irritable and barely answered my questions. She did not provide support for an early check-in. I found this interaction disappointing.

I visited the level 14 restaurant and it was strictly vegetarian. The buffet spreads were quite good and healthy. The staff was friendly and cute. It's was good to meet Chef Sulaiman and Shah.

The front office staff, Florin, was super efficient during check-in. The concierge personnel like Jog was helpful. The housekeeping staff, Ashok and Nanda, were courteous. They are a great asset to the hotel.
