i found the staff were very attentive throughout my stay especially by the pool where both drink and towel services were available winnie provided excellent cleaning services i also want to thank masy and eni at the front desk they helped facilitate a late check out after my flight cancellation i am eager to return.

the light switches in the room seemed a bit complicated it uses a dimmer system it made the lamp on the desk reflect badly in the tv this made it slightly not user friendly.

really good stay!

good foodamazing servicerelaxed atmosphere

atas had really good food and a great vibe. dee and bell welcomed us and gave amazing service all evening. the staff knew the menu well (i mean, really well!). everything we ordered came out delicious and exactly as described. the relaxed atmosphere included a good selection of music.

the air conditioning struggled a bit at night. the hot water was also inconsistent. only three of the five shower pipes had reliably hot water, and the shower never got hotter than lukewarm.

the team showed genuine kindness and professionalism. bell at atas restaurant provided excellent recommendations for meals. fahmi even arranged a taxi when grab drivers couldn't accommodate our luggage (so helpful!).

the pool and bar area was like a haven within the city. it provided a peek view of the twin towers (very cool!). the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the library bar exuded style.

The staff at the bar were just plain rude. they seemed annoyed when i didn't order anything immediately. the hotel's dim lighting. It was dark, especially in the entrance and reception. what a downer. I expect better from this type of hotel.

Uneven Service. Some Issues Noticed

cold staffbar area

The bar area on the 6th floor felt unwelcoming. Staff seemed cold after we declined their menu a couple of times. I had a small packet of popcorn and was told I could not eat it on the decking. It felt unnecessary and not the kind of service I expect.
