the club room offered complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. the staff in the lounge were very attentive, especially one member who helped us with our bags upon departure. it was a thoughtful gesture i sincerely appreciated.

The bathroom was not renovated. It contrasted with the updated room decor.

the fire alarm went off at 6:45 am, really early. the speakers didn't work well, so the announcements were unclear. the staff at the assembly point seemed just as confused as we were. there was zero management presence to explain what was happening after that!!!
