The breakfast buffet included many food styles. The staff were AMAZING and super helpful. I especially appreciated the excellent customer service from all staff. The junior suite was beautiful, it was cleaned twice each day. Afternoon tea and cocktails were good value.
The resort is one of the nicest in the area. finding shade near the garden or seaside was hard. There was a total lack of umbrellas.

The gym features three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. This allows for diverse workout routines. The main pool area offers twenty loungers and a shaded section. Plenty of space. The on-site spa includes eight treatment rooms.

my stay included access to the rasa wing lounge. complimentary soft drinks were available throughout the day. afternoon tea and evening canapés were a good treat. the attentive staff served quality cocktails.
i noticed the absence of a sandy beach, due to coastal erosion measures. however, sunset views remained undisturbed.

I appreciated the warm welcome and the comfortable atmosphere. The pool area was a real haven for relaxation. The staff anticipated every guest's needs. I enjoyed the superb team in the dining room, providing genuine hospitality with obvious passion (the gin and tomato soup was a highlight!).

The pool area offered a relaxing environment with plenty of space. There is a gym available, equipped with several machines for workouts. The beach setting is wonderful and ideal for relaxation. Complimentary benefits were a great touch (especially the welcome drink).

the food in the restaurant was not up to the standards i expect. quality was average at best and i found this disappointing. the coffee machine at the ferringi grill made terrible coffee. i believe the f&b manager needs make corrections on this point.

i found the breakfast selection very varied and it was surrounded by the beautiful garden and a few poolside spots i stayed in a beautiful double room sea view garden wing and it was comfortable the hotel grounds are expansive and its pools are good i found the location superb for enjoying the views and a bit of beach
the hotel looked a bit dated to me and some areas looked to need some repair
