The room was quite small, listed as a "premier" room, but it felt more like a basic room. the floor space barely fit the bed. there was no designated area for luggage, and the closet did not accommodate everything. bathroom space was also limited. There were no places to put toiletries.

i stayed here for a few nights. the room offered complimentary snacks and drinks daily from the fridge. the staff was very nice. the hotel has two swimming pools and one includes a water bar.
the hotel does not have a gym.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the resort was well kept, and the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. i would certainly consider staying here again in the future.
i found that street noise was quite noticeable within the room late at night. it made it difficult to sleep soundly. i think some soundproofing improvements would greatly benefit guests.

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. the staff were always smiling and ready to assist with any questions. several staff members stood out for their really good hospitality .

The location is near to restaurants and shops. it is a short distance from the beach and the local market. the hotel is a manageable distance from bangla road. It is not right in the middle of the noise.

The room was very very comfy and tidy. The restaurant had fantastic food at both breakfast and dinner with a large, tasty selection. The staff helped me celebrate my daughter's birthday.
If you have a twin room, you might want to ask for the bathroom window to be covered, as the opaque glass is still quite transparent.
