I attended an international forum, and the conference facilities proved very useful. The air conditioning was effective. Breaks included very tasty refreshments. The staff, especially K'Tup, N'Kong, and Khun Bear, were helpful. They swiftly met every request with a smile, ensuring all our technical issues were resolved (i was impressed).
I noticed the absence of a game room. A facility with PlayStations or a pool table would greatly enhance the leisure options within the hotel.

The gym features multiple treadmills and stationary bikes. The spa offers a good selection of treatments. The lounge provides an acceptable view and pleasant environment.

The staff was attentive! Ohm and May at the lobby restaurant provided great service. I appreciated the delicious club sandwich. The gym had all the equipment I needed for a good chest workout.
The pool area lacked consistent cleanliness, with some visible dirt at the bottom.

The room was very clean and spacious. The beds provided great comfort! The service I received was great. Everyone was so excellent and. They provided helpful information and were always available for my needs. I must thank Siri, Chai, and all the hotel staff for their wonderful care!

The breakfast buffet had a diverse selection of food. The staff was attentive in the Public restaurant. Tom, Anko, Toon, Fern, and Anne provided excellent service. The cuisine at the restaurant was superb.

the restaurant staff greeted me warmly and they remembered my name. mai, the hostess, had a kind presence and ensured i felt comfortable. mew, the waitress, was attentive and anticipated our needs without being intrusive. every dish presented itself beautifully, a feast for the eyes and palate.
the hotel's location lacked nearby attractions. there was nothing within walking distance, so i had to rely on taxis or public transport.

the hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby mrt station. it is also close to a mall, very helpful for moving around and for shopping, i found. this made access to other parts of the city relatively easy.

the room included plentiful towels and a well-stocked set of complimentary toiletries. i had a skyline room. it provided a panoramic view of the surrounding area, and it felt very spacious and comfortable. the corner rooms seemed even larger.
