a rather noisy stay
traffic noise impersonal staff
the location was acceptable with easy access to nearby attractions.
the traffic noise was quite irritating it was audible late into the night i wouldn't recommend this hotel if you seek tranquility in a five-star hotel the staff looked polite though not at the expected level of a five-star hotel it felt somewhat impersonal.

a amazing experience
daily surprises personal touch consistent smiles
i found my stay particularly special because i was celebrating christmas and my birthday. the staff handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. i was greeted with almost daily surprises that added a personal touch. the lounge staff consistently smiled and welcomed me making me feel very much at home.
i noticed a strange taste in the water and i realize some people might find that bothersome.

the location allows easy access to bts lines offering convenient transportation options. it is also convenient to access the hotel directly from the bts station which simplifies commuting.

the hotel features a large relaxing pool area which i found spacious and well maintained. complimentary thai tea and water are served adding a touch of local flavor and hospitality. a convenient buzzer system allows easy ordering from the food and drinks menu.

my room was serviced twice daily ensuring a consistently tidy and comfortable environment. the hotel readily accommodates requests for additional water bottles i am appreciative of their service. i found the room comfortable with all the necessities available to me.
