the DECOR is really attractive and areas were easy to find. Views are lovely from the upper floors. I found a chinese restaurant on the top floor a MUST. I also explored the shopping mall in the basement.
my tv Remote was acting a Little funny, but i didn't bother to call and get it fixed, not a big deal.

the staff assisted me with a smile whenever i needed something, including luggage holding and transportation info. The staff were always available and very attentive to requests. Staff helped me with directions to local attractions and provided useful recommendations.

We had a three-bedroom suite family room and it was comfy. It was also clean. the location worked well for us, especially the canal ferry. It quickly takes you to siam. you can reach the shopping malls in just ten minutes for 12 baht. a cab ride takes you to chinatown, grand palace, and khao san road. the pools and pool bar had a great view.
the hotel size makes it feel impersonal. also, the reception staff were not very flexible with breakfast vouchers. the gym opening hours are late, so early workouts are not possible. the room is outdated.

The hotel has restaurants, a pool, a bar, and a gym. there is a playground for kids. This is near the other amenities. the location is a bit off from central, but it has quick transport.

The hotel's location offered easy access to various transport options. i could easily reach areas like kho san road. chinatown and the cbd were also accessible via different means. This was very useful.

Our three-bedroom suite offered ample space for the family. It was quiet. the room included multiple beds. I could sleep comfortably. the suite was clean, and we had no issues. This was important.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, and they assisted with directions. the housekeeper cleaned and provided room supplies. This happened daily. the staff's consistent attention ensured our needs were met promptly. We appreciated this.

awful wifibathroom cleanliness
the wifi was awful!!!! it barely worked. i called to complain, and they gave me another password, but it was still a disaster. and the bathroom.. i saw brown stains on the wall in the shower, and when i wiped them, slimy gunk came off. it was really disgusting!!!!
