The breakfast buffet featured AMAZING food selections. The hotel provides free riverboat transportation. This takes you to other ferry and train connections. The hotel adjoins the HUGE Icon Siam mall!!!
The shower door did not close properly causing water to spill into the bathroom.

The hotel sits next door to Icon Siam, a very convenient location. I booked an executive room that provided access to the executive lounge. The lounge offered amazing buffet options and fine river views. The service was perfect, and the location was convenient.

The hotel provides excellent access to the river and adjacent attractions. It is right next to the Iconsiam mall. The free half-hourly shuttle to the other side of the river near the sky train provides added convenience.

The rooftop bar has amazing views and provides a great space. Breakfast includes many choices and high-quality food, I consider that just amazing. The spa offers various aromatherapy massages.

The location was excellent and provided easy access to transportation.
I found the room needed some serious updates. The light switches had worn text so I did not know which switch controlled what light. The carpet was worn and was dirty. I also discovered the security lock on the room door was broken.
