Lovely Stay Above the City!

I experienced really good service throughout the hotel. The staff responded promptly to all requests. The room was very spacious and clean, I found it relaxing! I appreciated the daily water bottles provided.

the room offered great city views. I especially enjoyed the sunrise. I experienced almost no waiting time to reach the top floors. the breakfast, served with a beautiful view, was a good start to the day (especially the fresh fruit!).
The pool area seemed a bit old. I noticed some mould around the edges.

The hotel is located next to shopping malls and a strategic metro station for easy access to the airport. a convenience store is conveniently located inside the hotel lobby. This made quick errands simple. taxis are readily available just outside.

the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). they had a wide variety of options. the location is convenient. the train service to the airport is available. the staff are courteous and helpful.
from 9 am to 6 pm, it was difficult to access my room. the room smelled old and musty and the floors were not very clean.

The hotel is in a FANTASTIC location. Our room felt spacious and it was clean with great amenities. THE staff were helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooftop observation deck and revolving rooftop offer AMAZING panoramic views of the city.
The swimming pool's creativity felt quite limited, lacking some of the flair seen elsewhere.

low shower headnoisy air conditioning
The shower head height in the bathroom was far from satisfactory! I am 182 cm tall and found it necessary to crouch uncomfortably to properly rinse my hair. The air conditioning unit, though functional, emitted a loud noise. It was an unfortunate distraction, so I was forced to shut it off during the night. This resulted in a less-than-ideal temperature in the room.

the rooftop views ARE excellent guest access is a real highlight
the shower head in the bathroom was too low i had to lower myself to wash my hair. the air conditioning WAS very noisy it pointed straight to the bed. guests can overcrowd the hotel reaching the higher levels is irritating
